Foundation of the Körber IT Solutions GmbH. Körber IT
Solutions GmbH is globally responsible for the Körber Groups
IT infrastructure, IT solutions and IT services.

Acquisition of the intralogistcs company Qubiqa Logistics,
a leading provider of depalletizing solutions based
in Arden, Denmark. The range the company offers
encompasses products, systems and services for realizing
fully automated material handling and order picking plants.

Acquisition of Efacec Handling Solutions S.A., systems
integrator and leading provider of automated conveyor
technology and storage systems headquartered in
Porto, Portugal.

In the Business Area Machine Tools United Grinding Group AG
establish a joint venture for additive processes, Irpd AG,
together with the Inspire AG, a spin-off of the ETH Zurich.

IT Solutions GmbH. Werum is a leading global
